Linda Gaskins, 74, of Columbus, Indiana (formerly

of Russell County) died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at

the home of a daughter. She was born June 11, 1941

in Russell County to the late Oris & Lola Faye Simpson

Dunbar.

She was a cashier at a grocery store and a member

of Jamestown Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death

by her husband, William Ovel Gaskins.

Survivors

3 children: Ernestine (Kevin) Wells, Bloomington, IN

                 Teresa (Jaysen) Ray, Columbus, IN

                  Eric (Amy) Gaskins, Hendersonville, TN

7 grandchildren-6 great grandchildren

3 sisters: Lois Bennett, Louisville, Ky

               JoAnn Baker, Columbus, IN

                Lonice Richards, Russell Springs

3 brothers: Ernest Dunbar, Jamestown, Ky

                  Eris Dunbar, Russell Springs

                   Gary Dunbar, Taylorsville, IN

Funeral service for Linda Gaskins will be 1 PM.

Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral

Home Chapel with Ronnie Sullivan officiating.

Visitation after 11 AM. Wednesday.

Interment in the Ridgecrest Cemetery
