Larry I. Kimbler, 69, of Jamestown, died Friday

March 30, 2018 at his residence. He was born

April 13, 1948 in Jamestown, Ky to the late Ivan

and Anna Myrtle Antle Talford.

Larry was a Veteran of US Army and a member

of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church. He served

as President of Russell County Camp of Gideons

International. He was retired as Supervisor of Department

of Social Services Child Protective Services.

Preceded in death by a son, Daniel Bryan Kimbler

Survivors

wife: Betty Kimbler, Jamestown

2 children: Laura (Jeff) Harris, Bowling Green,Ky

                 Michael (Kelly) Kimbler, Louisville, Ky

3 Grandchildren: Ben & Emma Harris, Kaitlyn Kimbler

Funeral service for Larry I. Kimbler will be 11 AM. Tuesday,

April 3, 2018 at the Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church

with Bro. Stan Milby officiating.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM. Monday at the funeral home and

9-11 AM. Tuesday at the church.

Interment in the Wheat Cemetery.
