Allen Dean Antle, of Russell Springs, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. He was 75 years of age.
Born on June 22, 1949, in Jamestown, Allen was a son of the late Virtis and Lizzie Coffey Antle. He was a US Army veteran. Allen was a master HVAC Technician and a master electrician, and owner/operator of Antle’s Heating and Cooling. He was a loving husband, dad, and papa to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Allen is survived by his wife, Donna Kessinger Antle, of Russell Springs, whom he wed on September 24, 2005; and his children, Kevin (and Melissa) Kessinger, of Columbia, Jill (and Ricky) Cook, of Russell Springs, Amie (and Jackey) Wilson, of Russell Springs, Kelly (and Johnny) Sullivan, of Russell Springs, Melissa (and Randy) Collins, of Jamestown, and Amanda (and Erica) Foist, of Indiana. Allen is also survived by his grandchildren, Anthony Cook, Kirstin Curry, Chelsey Sullivan, Kaidan Sullivan, Matilyn Wilson, Jackson Wilson, Kellan Wilson, Christina Davis, Jacob Kessinger, Declan Foist, Asher Foist, Colton Collins, and Luke Collins; his great-grandchildren, Emily Curry, Elizabeth Curry, Mason Curry, Mackenzie Curry, Bentley Kessinger, Evenleigh Davis, Alora Davis, August Davis, Conner Collins, Braxton Collins, Paisleigh Collins, and Ellie Shepherd; a brother, Arvil Antle, of Louisville; three sisters, Maxine McClellan, of Indiana, Mary Lee, of Indiana, and Ida Holt, of Jamestown; and special caretakers, Marian and Robbie Jackson.
In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Burton Antle; his brothers, Joe Antle, Bobby Antle, Roy Antle, and Ernest Antle; and his sister, Evelyn Alexander.
Funeral services are 1:00 P.M. Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Mark Polston officiating. Burial will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Russell County Honor Guard.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Bernard Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Sunday, from 7:30 A.M. until the time of services at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Jackey Wilson, Ricky Cook, Johnny Sullivan, Jacob Kessinger, Randy Collins, Jackson Wilson, Alvin Severt, and Marcus Allen.
