Betty Leah (Wright) Overstreet

Betty Leah Overstreet, 82, of Russell Springs, died Sunday,

December 1, 2019 at the Fair Oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown.

She was born November 2, 1936 in Albany, Ky to the late Oda

Sherman & Mallie Leaf Massengale Wright.

Betty was a member of French Valley United Methodist Church.

She had retired from Fruit of the Loom.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother,

Knox Wright.

Survivors include:

son: Gary (Lisa) Overstreet, Mt. Washington, Ky

2 grandchildren: Zachary Overstreet, Mt. Washington, Ky

                           Andrew Overstreet, Mt. Washington

1 great granddaughter: Makenzie Overstreet

Funeral service for Betty Leah Overstreet will be 10 AM. Thursday,

December 5, 2019 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with

Bro. David Blair officiating

Visitation 5-8 PM. Wednesday and 8-10 AM.Thursday

Interment in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be made to Gideons Intenational.

These can be made at the funeral home.
