Charles Lee Irvin, of Russell Springs, passed away at his home Sunday, April 28, 2024. He was 62 years of age.
Born September 19, 1961, in Taylor County, he was a son of Virginia Lawless Irvin and the late Arnett “Bud” Irvin. Charles worked as a builder for many years with Cook’s Construction. He was an avid “gamer” and enjoyed watching old westerns on television. Charles attended Faith General Independent Church.
Survivors include his life companion, Bessie Worley, of Russell Springs; a son, Craig Irvin, of Russell Springs; a daughter, Elisha Polston, of Jamestown; his mother, Virginia Irvin, of Russell Springs; a special nephew, Rodney Irvin, of Russell Springs; three brothers, Johnny (and Carol) Irvin, Arnett (and Lana) Irvin, Jr., and Brandon Irvin, all of Russell Springs; two sisters, Mary Jane (and David) Riley, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Judy Irvin, of Russell Springs; a nephew, Chad Irvin, of Russell Springs; three nieces, Latessia (and Josh) Pickett, and Samantha (and Hank) Neeley, both of Russell Springs, and Heather Bryant, of Columbia. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and several other nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites for Mr. Charles Lee Irvin will be honored by Bernard Funeral Home. No services are planned at this time. An online guestbook is available at www.bernardfuneralhome.com.
