Cressie Marie Antle

Cressie Marie Antle, of Jamestown, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021, at Russell County Hospital.  She was 90 years of age.

Born on July 6, 1930, in Jamestown, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Stella Shearer Helm.  Cressie was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening, and working on the farm.  She attended Fairview Separate Baptist Church. 

Survivors include a son, Stephen Antle of Jamestown; a daughter, Anna Lou (and Anthony) Ballou of Columbia; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Cressie was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis Antle; a sister, Luler Bennett; and a daughter-in-law, Rebecca Antle.

Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home with Brother Kenny Kimbler officiating.  Burial will follow in the Helm Family Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home.

Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance.  Facial coverings are required.
