Dean Mann, of Russell Springs, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020. He was 85 years of age.

Born on April 6, 1935, in Russell County, Kentucky, Dean was the son of the late Homer and Myrtle Loy Mann. He was a former auto-body repairman and owner of Dean Mann’s Body Shop. Dean loved his family and friends. He also enjoyed a good practical joke.

Survivors include one daughter, Jamie (and Pete) Lee of Russell Springs; one grandson, Ben (and Vanessa) Lee of Elizabethtown; a special friend, Mayrene Wooldridge of Russell Springs; one sister, Carol Wilson of Louisville; and countless neighbors that he considered family.

In addition to his parents, Dean was preceded in death by his wife, Treva Tallent Mann, who passed away on January 30, 2016; and one sister, Peggy Aaron.

Funeral services will be held privately for family only on Monday, November 16, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home with Brother Ryan Coffey and Brother Harvey Dicken officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery.

The family is concerned about the health of their family and friends during this time. A WALK-THROUGH ONLY visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home. Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings are required.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
