Deborah Sue Conner

Deborah Sue Conner, of Jamestown, passed from this life on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at her home. She was 65 years of age.

Born July 2, 1956, in Albany, she was a daughter of the late John Cape and Martha Maxine Guffey Wooten. Sue was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson.

Sue is survived by her son, James (and fiancée Stacey King) of Jamestown; her grandson, Jessie James Conner; her nephew, Jason (and Samantha) Rogers of Jamestown; and her cousins, Julie Bell, and Lynda Halsell, both of Jamestown.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her sons, Jessie A. Conner, and Jason Conner; her brother, Anthony Wooten; and her sister, Kathy Hunter.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother P.J. Miller and Brother Phillip Miller officiating. Inurnment will take place in Land’s Chapel Cemetery in Albany.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until serve time on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Bernard Funeral Home.
