Dessie Mae (Hadley) Shepard

Dessie Mae Shepard, 79, of Russell Springs, died Thursday,June 5, 2014

at her home. She was born October 3, 1934 in Adair County to the late

Allen & Mary Linda Simpson Hadley. She was a homemaker and a member

of the Fairview Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otto

Woodrow Shepard and 2 sons, Frank Shepard, Barry Shepard

Survivors

2 children: Thomas Lee (Rose Ann) Shepard, Crittenden, Ky

                 Linda (Larry) Withers, Russell Springs

7 grandchildren-14 great grandchildren

daughter-in-law: Wanda Shepard-Gaier

half brother: Delmar Foster, Columbia

Funeral service for Dessie Mae Shepard will be 10 AM. Tuesday,

June 10, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro.

David Withers and Bro. James Robertson officiating. Visitation

will be after 5 PM. Monday.

Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery at Nancy, Ky
