at the Fair oaks Nursing Home in Jamestown. He was born April 8, 1929

in Richmond, Indiana.

Herbert was a Veteran of US Army.

Funeral service for Herbert B. Johnson will be at 12 Noon

Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the Bernard Funeral Home with

Bro. Roger Garner officiating.

Visitation 10 AM. to 12 PM. Wednesday.
