Ian Diaz-Lopez Obituary

Ian Diaz-Lopez was born and passed away on November 11, 2020, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

Ian was the son of Lucas Diaz-Ramirez and Lety Lopez-Gonzales of Russell Springs.

In addition to his parents, Ian is survived by two brothers, Miguel Domingo-Lopez and David Diaz-Lopez.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 14, 2020, at the Russell Springs City Cemetery with Joel Mendez officiating. Burial will follow the service.

Ian’s funeral arrangements are entrusted to Bernard Funeral Home. An online guestbook is available at www.bernardfuneralhome.com.
