Jeary Arnold Withers

Jeary Arnold Withers, of Russell Springs, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset. He was 77 years of age.

Born on April 24, 1944, in Russell County, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Arnold and Beulah Ellison Withers. Jeary was a former construction worker. He enjoyed working in his yard and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Gaskins Withers, of Russell Springs; his son, Kenny Lane Withers, of Jamestown; his daughter, Kimberly (and Skip) Daleure, of Louisville; two grandchildren, Brandon (and Alisha) Withers, of Russell Springs and Dani Sophia Daleure, of Louisville; three great-grandchildren, Megan Withers, Dylan Withers, and Abby Withers, all of Russell Springs; one brother, Arnet Gene (and Carolyn) Withers, of Russell Springs; and his sister, Beulah Withers, of Bloomfield.

In addition to his parents, Jeary was preceded in death by two sisters, Cordia Mason and Betty JoAnn McDonald.

Cremation rites were honored by Bernard Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
