Jimmy West

Jimmy West, of Russell Springs, passed away Monday, April 1, 2024, at the Jean Waddle Cancer Center in Somerset.  He was 61 years of age.

Born October 29, 1962, in New Whiteland, Indiana, he was a son of Diana Rexroat and the late Walter Lee West, Sr.

Survivors include his mother, Diana Selke Rexroat, of Russell Springs; two brothers, Eric West, and wife Sherri, of Jamestown, and William “Bill” West, and wife Polly, of Frankfort.  He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as a great many friends that he considered family.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Allen West and Walter “Lee” West, Jr.

Per Jimmy's wishes, cremation rites were honored.

A private Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date.
