Judy Elaine (Chandler) Wilson

Judy Chandler Wilson, of Nancy, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.  She was 81 years of age.

Born April 15, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late John and Mona Huff Chandler.  Judy was retired from Adanta and a former Director of Adanta Regional Prevention Center.  She was a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church, enjoyed vacations at the beach and being a member of the Ol’ Boys Toys Car Club, with her husband.  Judy also enjoyed writing and had even published a book; Polly Finds a Purpose. She was a loving wife, mother, and Nana, and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Wilson; a son, Brian (and Shelia) Wilson, of Russell Springs; two granddaughters, Ashley (and Ramie) Hutchison and Emily Wilson, both of Russell Springs; and two great grandchildren, Evan Hutchison and Archie Hutchison.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris G. Rabon.

Funeral services are 1:00 PM CST Friday, May 15, 2026, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Joe Gosser officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will begin after 10:00 AM Friday and continue until time of services

Ramie Hutchison, Evan Hutchison, Preston Robertson, Troy Walters, Ben Robertson, and Alan Foley will serve as pallbearers.
