Julie May Owens, age 38, of Bardstown, passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
Born on May 10, 1983, at Fort Knox, she was the daughter of Stephen W. Owens and Mary E. Carter. Julie was a homemaker and a loving mother. She enjoyed scrapbooking and listening to all genres of music.
Survivors include, her father, Stephen W. Owens, of Shepherdsville; her mother, Mary E. Carter, of Shepherdsville; four sons, Ethan Carter, Isaiah Carter, Aaron Carter, and Bentley Carter Kepper; a daughter, Lily Carter Kepper; three sisters, Stephanie (and Doug) Allison, and Rachelle Morris, both of Louisville, and Jessica Stone, of Phenix City, AL; and a host of aunts; uncles; and cousins.
Julie was preceded in death by a sister, Cassandra Owens.
Funeral services are private.
