Junior Luttrell

Junior Grant Luttrell, of Russell Springs, passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Fair Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, in Jamestown.  He was 83 years of age.

Junior was born in Casey County on May 17, 1938, son of the late Alvin and Mary E. Roy Luttrell.  He was a retired self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by his daughter, Kelly Luttrell, of Russell Springs; his sister, Evelen Justice, of Florida; his grandson, Colt; and his great-grandson, Ethan.

Along with his parents, Junior is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Meece Luttrell, who passed away on May 23, 2008; his daughter, Tammy Wilson; his brothers, Delmer Luttrell, Welby Luttrell, Alvis Luttrell, Otis Luttrell and Eugene Luttrell; and his sister, Alice Luttrell.

Funeral services are 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Bernard Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Wilkerson Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Ethan Wilson, Tyler White, Tristen Burton, Kevin Burton, Kyle Henry and Jim Heathman.

Visitation will be held at Bernard Funeral Home, after 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, until time for funeral services.
