Kanna Diane Smith

Kanna Diane Smith, 20, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, July 12, 2018, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Ky.  She was born April 1, 1998, in Somerset, to Kevin Smith & Rachel Guffey.

Kanna was a student at Somerset Community College.

Survivors include-

Mother:  Rachel (Anthony) Scott, Russell Springs

Father:  Kevin Smith, Russell Springs

2 sisters:  Khloe Scott & Leslie (Dustin) McGowan, Russell Springs

3 brothers:  Kevin Smith Jr., Trey Scott, & Darius Scott, all of Russell Springs

Maternal Grandparents:  Danny & Rita Guffey, Jamestown

Paternal Grandparents:  Jerry & Debbie Wilson, Russell Springs, Jerome Helm, Burkesville, Ky.

A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, & nephews also survive.

Funeral service for Kanna Smith will be Monday, July 16, 2018, at 2 PM (CDT) at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Leon Simpson officiating.

Visitation after 10 AM (CDT) Monday.

Interment in the Jamestown City Cemetery.
