Lela Neff Obituary

Lela Neff, of Jamestown, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020, at Russell County Hospital. She was 88 years of age.

Born on July 2, 1932, in New Concord, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Pauline Hickle Shepherd. Lela was a homemaker and a former beautician. She attended Main Street Baptist Church in China Grove, North Carolina. Lela was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her son, Rick (and Dianne) Neff of Russell Springs; four grandchildren, Brandy Dunigan, Alana Reynolds, Amber Parke, and K.J. Webb; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ronnie Shepherd and George Shepherd, both of Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Lela was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Lee Neff, who passed away on January 16, 2012; four brothers; and one sister.

A private family memorial service will be held.
