Marcella Merrifield Bolton, of Russell Springs, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at her home. She was 76 years of age.
Born February 23, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was one of sixteen children born to the union of Howard and Ruth Allison Merrifield. Marcella was a family-oriented lady of strong faith. Marcella loved the outdoors, especially being around the water, whether oceanside or lakeside. She enjoyed fishing and loved antiquing, scouting garage sales for a new treasure.

Lauderdale, Florida, Ronald Eugene (and Debbie) Bolton, II, of Commiskey, Indiana, and Jeff (and Chris) Irving, of Indianapolis, Indiana; two daughters, Kathy McCullough and Sherri Fishburn, both of Seymour, Indiana; her sister, Ruth Ann Merrifield, of Indianapolis, Indiana; seventeen grandchildren, Starie, Mason, Nick, Stevie, Charlie, Matthew, Sonya, Shelly, Donna, Kadi, Christi, Torin, Thomas, Megan, Danielle, Lacey and Andrew; and twenty great-grandchildren.
