Mark Gerard Schilling, II, of Russell Springs, passed from this life Monday, May 13, 2024, at his home. He was 45 years of age.
Mark was born Wednesday, December 6, 1978, in Indianapolis, son of Mark Gerard, I, and Delia Marie Spellman Schilling. Mark was a veteran of the National Guard and worked as a medical coding specialist. He loved family dinners, shooting guns and going fishing. If he was asked, Mark would say his greatest loves were for his children.
He is survived by his children, Elijah McClister, of Beaver Dam, Roury Schilling, of Jamestown and Rylei Schilling, of Jamestown; his father, Mark Gerard Schilling, I, of Russell Springs; his step-mother, Lydia Pike (Kavin), of Columbia; his brother, Ryan Schilling, of Russell Springs; His sisters, Brenda (and Chad) Pearson, of Bowling Green, Cammie Russell, of Russell Springs, and Kristen Schilling, of Russell Springs; step-sisters, Brittany Pike and Monica Snow; his grandmother, Janice Garza, of Russell Springs; nephews and niece, Ryan Bryant, Trenton Bryant, Mike Russell, James Russell and Miranda Russell; and many aunts, uncles and cousins, all who loved him dearly.
Mark is preceded in death by his mother, Delia Marie Schilling; his grandfather, Joe Schilling; and his grandmother, Esther Kirchen.
A memorial service Celebrating the Life of Mark Gerard Schilling, II, will be held in the near future and will soon be announced.
