Nelda Juanita O'Neall

Nelda Juanita O’Neall, of Russell Springs, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at her home. She was 88 years of age.

Born on July 24, 1933, in Monroe County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Buford Ray and Elva White Plumlee. Juanita was a homemaker and a member of Jamestown Church of Christ. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Juanita was a sweet and kind lady to everyone she met.

Survivors include her son, Ronnie Veach, of Russell Springs; her daughter, Patricia (and David) Stewart, of Lebanon, Tennessee; and four grandchildren, Angela (and Scott) Francis, of Somerset, Jordan Veach, of Russell Springs, Christopher Stewart, of Campbellsville, and Nick (and Meagan) Kelsey, of Lebanon, Tennessee. Juanita is also survived by six great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one stepson; and four stepdaughters.

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, William O’Neall, who passed away on December 23, 2000; her son, Ricky Veach; and her sister, Doris Beam.

Funeral services are 12:00 P.M. on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Brother Scott Eubank officiating. Burial will follow in Allen County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until time of service on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Bernard Funeral Home.
