Norma Foley of Russell Springs, Kentucky entered Heaven’s Gates on January 6th, 2025. Born on St. Patrick’s Day in 1952 to parents Henry and Carrie Kell. Norma was a devoted member of the Jamestown Church of the Nazarene. Norma retired from the Kentucky Department of Education.
In addition to spending a lifetime devoted to children she was a local business owner for nearly 20 years. Norma's Country Delight was a staple in the Esto community and served thousands over the years. Norma was a highly skilled seamstress that could whip up any and everything in no time. She quilted, read her bible, and spent as much time with her family as she could.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Carrie Kell. Preceded also by sisters, Carolyn Wesley and Joann Turner.
Survived by the true loves of her life, her grandchildren, Ayden Morris, Ally Foley, Scout Hatfield, and Jason Hatfield Jr. Survived by her children Larry Foley Jr. and Leslie Hatfield (Jason). She is also survived by special friends Joanne Flatt and Debbie Lawless and by her sister Henrietta Palumbo (Ron). They loved and cared for Norma so very much during the last year of her earthly life. Norma is survived by sisters Sherry Lee (Richard), Brenda Schell (Jack), and Delores Miller.
Norma requested a celebration of life service. This service will be at the Jamestown Church of the Nazarene on March 16, 2025 at 2:00pm. A meal and fellowship will follow. Please join her family and friends on this day to share your memories.
