Patrick Reid Loveless

Patrick Reid Loveless, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024, at his home.  He was 52 years of age.

Patrick was born Wednesday, July 19, 1972, in Somerset, son of the late Frank and Brenda Wilson Loveless.  He was the proud father of Braxton, who was Patrick’s world.  Patrick was a long-time employee of Bennett’s Carpets.  He enjoyed UK basketball, going fishing, watching movies and collecting sports cards.  Patrick loved to take Braxton to play ball and was a coach to many of his son’s teams.

He is survived by his son, Braxton Loveless, of Russell Springs; his wife, Braxton’s mother, Elizabeth Loveless, of Russell Springs; his sister, Brittany (and Jonathan) Matthews, of Russell Springs; his niece, Frankie Matthews; his uncle, Orvis Anderson; and his cousins, Scott Anderson, Kent Anderson and Bridget Garrison.

Along with his parents, Patrick is preceded in death by his aunt, Deva Anderson.

Funeral services are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at Bernard Funeral Home, with Bro. Scott Proctor officiating.  Interment will be in McBeath Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Jackey Wilson, Ryan Durham, Jacob Pierce, Shannon Mann, Dominic Gonzalez and Trevor Bennett.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 5, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Bernard Funeral Home, and after 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, until time for services.
