Paul David Stephens, 69, of Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, died

Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital in

Louisville.

He was a retired Carpet Store Owner and a member of the Main Street

Church of God.

He was born November 12, 1943 in Russell County to the late Aquilee

& Ima George Stephens.

Preceded in death by a brother, Chester Stephens

Survivors: daughter, Regina (Rodney) Wright, Russell Springs

                  grandaughter, Laura Owens, Russell Springs

                  2 sisters, Joyce Popplewell, Russell Springs

                                  Phyllis Antle, Jamestown

                   2 brothers, Veston Stephens, Russell Springs

                                    Jack Stephens, Russell Springs

Funeral service for Paul David Stephens will be 1 PM. Friday at the Bernard

Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Bernard Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 AM. Friday
