Ricky Lee Whittle

Ricky Lee Whittle, of Jamestown, passed away Sunday December 3, 2023, in London, Kentucky.  He was 48 years of age.

Born January 3, 1975, in Shelbyville, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Gary Lee and Helen Jean Hammonds Whittle.  Ricky enjoyed fishing whenever he had the chance, but he really loved to travel and just “do his own thing.”

Survivors include a son, Jessie Whittle (and Kayla Camp) of Jamestown; a daughter, Haley Whittle, of Russell Springs; two sisters, Anna (and Rosalino) Santos, of Russell Springs and Tammy Swartz, of Nancy; a grandson, Matthew Whittle; six nephews; and four nieces.

Funeral services are 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Bernard Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Silverman officiating.  Cremation rites will be honored following the service. 

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Wednesday, until the time of services at the funeral home.

Donations can be made at the funeral home to offset the cost of the funeral for the family.
