William Adam "Jack" Wooldridge, 87, of Jamestown died

Friday, January 6, 2017  his home. He was born August 4,

1929 in Russell County to the late Silas & Julie Ford Wooldridge.

He was a retired backhole operator, made, installed and pumped

septic tanks. He also was a retired farmer.

He attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church of Jamestown for

10 years without missing a service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 brothers;

Johnny, Londo, Tom, & Joe Wooldridge; 1 sister, Rene Rush

Survivors

Wife of 66 years, Maude Skaggs Wooldridge

2 daughters: Joyce Faye (Mitchell) Pierce, Jamestown

                     Carolyn Kay (Frank) Boils, Campbellsville

5 grandchildren-16 great grandchildren-6 great great grandchildren

several nieces & nephews also survive

Funeral service for William Adam "Jack" Wooldridge will be 10 AM.

Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel

with Bro. Lindsey Cornett officiating.

Visitation 5-8 PM. Monday and after 8 AM. Tuesday.

Interment in the Miller Cemetery.
